You are not allowed to claim my work as your own.

You may use the artwork for personal purposes, such as avatars, device wallpapers, or personal website/profile screens.

You have the right to print or create a physical copy of the artwork, as long as it is solely for your personal use (i.e., not for sale).

You are not permitted to use the artwork in external projects, whether commercial or non-commercial (such as t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.), unless otherwise provided.

I maintain the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

I also retain the right to refund the full amount paid should I decide not to continue with your project for any reason (before starting work).

When you hire me, you are exclusively purchasing my services as an artist.

In the event that you, as a Client, wish to request a commission for commercial use, the total cost of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be previously agreed.

The minimum price for commercial use will be 100% of the original price, that is, double the total amount. However, I reserve the right to charge a higher fee if I deem necessary.

Commercial use will be considered in the following cases: the public or private reproduction and sale of the work of art, as well as obtaining income through media or platforms where my work of art has been published (for example, Patreon, YouTube , Twitch, a personal website, a business, cards, etc.).

If you want your request to be confidential, you must specify this during the ordering process.

I reserve the right to apply an additional fee if I deem it necessary.

The confidentiality request means that I am not allowed to share any progress reports (WIP) on social media, nor am I allowed to broadcast the commission process anywhere.

I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. Although I will provide you with a high resolution image (via sta.sh or email), my signature will remain on the full resolution and smaller versions of the Artwork.

I retain all copyright in my work, including the right to redistribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion, unless we agree otherwise. In the case of a Public Commission, I can use the artwork however I wish (e.g. posting it on other sites like Instagram), but I will give you proper credit for ownership of the character design.

In the case of a commission, I will not claim rights to a character design unless it is one of my own designs. Therefore, I will not reuse or resell the artwork for personal or commercial projects unless we agree otherwise.

In the case of an adoptable design, once ownership is transferred to you, the Client, I will not reuse or resell the rights to the design.

I will not create explicit content using images that the client wishes to provide.

I will also not make explicit content related to minors, the elderly, fetishes or any content that makes me feel uncomfortable.

You can contact me on any of my social networks providing the following information:

Order type.

Character reference (including name and clothing).

Brief description of the character.

The pose or action you want the character to perform (give at least an idea, you can even use stick figures to explain it).

Extras or additional details that you want me to take into account when making your order, such as: “I would like her hands to be stained with blood” or “Many times artists forget to draw her braid behind her ear.” , For example! Please keep that in mind!"

I assume no responsibility for any errors made during the course of the transaction.

Only payments in USD will be accepted through PayPal as a payment method. It is your responsibility to make any necessary currency conversions.

You are expected to make payment of 50% of the price in advance before work begins. No exceptions are made unless otherwise agreed.

If payment is not made within 42 hours of invoice issuance, commission will be canceled (repeated project cancellations and non-payment will result in being blacklisted).

In the case of auctions, you are not allowed to withdraw your bid. In the event of a problematic first transaction related to the withdrawal of an offer, you will be issued a verbal warning. Should you withdraw from an auction again in the future, you will be blacklisted.

Additionally, if you bid and win an auction but do not respond to messages, this may also result in you being blacklisted.

I can issue a refund for payment made only if I have not started work on the sketch.

Once sketching begins, no refunds will be made.

If we have agreed on a payment plan and I start commission after receiving the first deposit, no refund of that deposit will be made if you withdraw from the payment plan.

It usually takes 1-2 days to respond to messages regarding orders.

During the process, a 50% advance payment is requested from the client. The remaining 50% will be paid once the work is complete.

You will receive the first progress of the drawing within a minimum period of three days.

During this process, I will present you with the idea, sketch, lineart and full color, all with a watermark. The completed art will be delivered once you have made the other 50% payment.

Make the payment as agreed and you will receive the complete order in the desired format.

All messages or comments must be in English or Spanish.

Please write your order concisely and with as few abbreviations as possible so that the note is easy to understand.

If your character is exceptionally detailed, I reserve the right to charge an additional fee to incorporate those details.

Requesting a chargeback is not allowed under any circumstances.

Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory and/or non-constructive may result in being blacklisted.

Please note that all my sales refer to "digital artworks" and by purchasing you, as the customer, acquire the "intellectual property" of the artwork.

Neither you nor I intend to receive any physical items at any time.

I am never obligated to ship any physical item unless it has been explicitly discussed during the purchasing process.
